Send the anchor's current version in If-Match and a body with anchorId, admissionClass and optional constraints, so a grant cannot race an anchor edit. The response ETag is the anchor's new version; use it for the next anchor or admission write. An anchor can hold several classes, granted separately. A requiredIssuerUriOrigin constraint pins an anchor to issuers under one origin. An inactive or expired anchor has the grant refused.
