Align the tenant brand
Step 4 of 4 in Design the issuer.
The issuer design brands the credential and issuer in the wallet. The tenant brand, in the Theme API, brands the tenant's own applications: the login screen, consoles and email. Holders see both during issuance, so keep them consistent.
setBrand is a PUT that replaces the brand. appName and primaryColor are required, and it also
carries supportUrl and supportEmail. The brand carries the application name, primary and optional
secondary colour, logos, favicon and tagline. Applications without their own override inherit it.
Reading the brand needs a token for the enterprise-blob audience. Changing it also needs the
tenant-admin role, or platform-admin for an operator; other callers get 403.
