Bind the proxy to the issuer
Step 4 of 4 in Federate wallet sign-in to Keycloak.
Read the issuer bindings first to see the current default and any grant allowlists.
Bind the hosted proxy UUID to the issuer with enabled: true, default: false (the issuer keeps
its current default) and allowedGrantTypes: ["authorization_code"].
Select the proxy for one credential configuration so its offers route through Keycloak ahead of the issuer default. The override takes the observed revision and fails with a conflict when another administrator changed it.
Selection precedence is issuance-template override, then credential-configuration override, then the issuer's single enabled default binding. Create the authorization-code offer in Issue credentials.
