Give the verifier a design
Step 4 of 4 in Set up the verifier.
Verifier designs mirror issuer designs, matched by the verifier identity binding verifierClientId.
verifierClientId is the OID4VP client_id the verifier presents, which follows from the request-object
signing mode (for example decentralized_identifier:did:web:<tenant host> under did:web).
