Each summary carries id, correlationId, spec, purposes, proofFormat, hostingMode, length, bitsPerStatus and, for mdoc lists, mdocProfile. Read issuedCount and remainingCapacity from the list response: a list approaching its length needs a successor created and bound before issuance starts failing.
