Create, replace or delete bindings (the enabled default cannot be deleted). Each binding names an active authorization-server UUID from Configure the authorization server, with authorizationServerId, enabled, default, revision and allowedGrantTypes. Create must not send expectedRevision (400). Replace may send it to guard against concurrent edits. Selection is issuance-template override, then credential-configuration override, then the single enabled default. The selected server must be active and support every effective grant.

The protocol profile records which OID4VCI version the issuer speaks (new issuers default to OID4VCI 1.0 Final) and its revision. Read it before planning grants or proof types.
